The Project:

Lantech was appointed European Technology partner by US Pharmaceutical Company and tasked with coordinating and deploying their European offices on foot of their expansion into the European market

What we did:

Lantech appointed a Project team to become fully trained and certified in the required standards and company procedures so as to be in a position to lead the infrastructure deployment and support. Effective collaboration allows for us to be an extension of the US IT team in Europe.

Lantech is responsible for:

  • Project management, reporting to the US IT Management team
  • Procurement of IT infrastructure for all European offices
  • On-site deployment services
  • Strict Standards compliance
  • On-site maintenance and support (foreign travel)
  • Inventory management
  • Consulting

Our team works in unison with the US based IT team to ensure that our services match the expectations of the local staff and that of the US corporate team. We provide Level 1 through to level 3 support services off-boarding only critical issues to the US team. All cases and events are logged on our business management systems and mirrored directly to the US team systems to ensure effective communication and interaction.
