General Terms and Conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions apply to the supply of all of our goods and services and the supplementary terms apply additionally to each service that is specified on our quotation/order.
Supplementary Terms - Subscription Services
These terms apply to our supply of Subscription-Based Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Azure
- Anti-virus software (subscription)
Supplementary Terms - Managed Backup Services
These terms apply to our supply of Managed Backup Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:
- Server Backup; and / or
- Microsoft 365 account backup;
Supplementary Terms - Managed IT Services
These terms apply to our supply of Managed IT Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:
- Legacy Agreement (Starter)
- V3,4 (Complete)
- V3.5 (Enhanced Security)
- Options
Supplementary Terms - Managed Cloud Services
These terms apply to our supply of Managed Cloud Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:
- Provision of hosted computing resources, which will provide Virtual Desktops for a fixed number of End Users;
- Provision of hosted computing resources, which will provide hosting for third-party applications;
- Subscription to Microsoft Azure Services and if set out on the Order, subscription to Microsoft 365 applications (collectively, the ‘Subscription Services’);
- Backup services;
- Monitoring services;
- Platform Administration;
- Patch Management;
- Anti-Malware;
- Managed Firewall;
- Helpdesk;
Supplementary Terms - Professional Services
These terms apply to our supply of Professional Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:
- Technical consultancy services;
- Implementation services;
- Management Services.

These terms apply to our supply of Goods, as set out on the Order:
