Supplementary Terms - Subscription Services

These terms apply to our supply of Subscription-Based Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:

• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Azure

Supplementary Terms - Managed Backup Services

These terms apply to our supply of Managed Backup Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:

• Server Backup; and / or
• Microsoft 365 account backup;

 

Supplementary Terms - Managed IT Services

These terms apply to our supply of Managed IT Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:

• Legacy Agreement (Starter)
• V3,4 (Complete)
• V3.5 (Enhanced Security)

Supplementary Terms - Managed Cloud Services

These terms apply to our supply of Managed Cloud Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:

• Provision of hosted computing resources, which will provide Virtual Desktops for a fixed number of End Users;
• Provision of hosted computing resources, which will provide hosting for third-party applications;
• Subscription to Microsoft Azure Services and if set out on the Order, subscription to Microsoft 365 applications (collectively, the ‘Subscription Services’);
• Backup services;
• Monitoring services;
• Platform Administration;
• Patch Management;
• Anti-Malware;
• Managed Firewall;
• Helpdesk;

 

Supplementary Terms - Professional Services

These terms apply to our supply of Professional Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:

• Technical consultancy services;
• Implementation services;
• Management Services.
